What is homingCloud?
homingCloud is a social network. Anyone who wants to sell, rent or sublet a place, or is looking to buy, rent or sublet can sign up, post their wants and haves, search and connect with one another. This is not a site for brokers-- this is a site for direct connections.
What if I already have a contract with a broker?
You can join homingCloud even if you have a contract with a broker, but you must post your information yourself, and if you are using photos/videos that a broker has provided to you, you must determine if it is "yours" to place on our site. If it is not, and homingCloud is asked, we will take it down.
Do I have to pay my broker if I find a buyer on my own thru homingCloud.
If you have a contract with your Broker, that contract should specify whether you pay the fee if you find your own buyer/renter.
What does it cost?
homingCloud will be free for a one month trial, after which we will be charging per post per month. But for right now, it is free to use.
How do you use information about me?
Please read our "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy".
Can I have multiple posts?
Yes, you can have multiple posts.
Can I report bad behavior on the site?
Yes, you will be able to flag an inappropriate message and post. Our site administrator will delete anything inappropriate on the site.
How much information must I provide.
You can provide as much or as little information about what you have or what you want. the more information you provide, the better the chances that someone will find you in a search.
Can I edit my Post?
Yes you can edit your post any time you wish. Older versions will not be saved however.
How does search work on homingCloud?
Choose as many parameters that best describe what youíre looking for. homingCloud will provide you with exact and near matches directly below. When creating a post of what you have or want, be as detailed as you like. You can always change your post later. But to match up more precisely be as detailed as possible.
Can I delete a post?
Yes you can unpublish a post, and it will be unsearchable by other members or you can delete a post permanently.
Can I delete my account?
When we have added payment per post, members will be able to delete their accounts.
